  1. To learn the habit of taking a true vacation from tension and anxiety, letting go of your concerns reflexively whenever you go for a walk or drive--as well as providing yourself with an incentive to walk more frequently.
  2. To change the rhythm of your consciousness in a way that enhances your connection with all life and to create a habit of living from your center.
  3. To develop an inner reservoir of blue sky and tree energy for nourishing and healing yourself--a bubble of positive energy to take with you to share with someone else who needs comfort, and to help with you stressful situations.
